Cathy Green
Director & CEO
With over 20 years experience in early childhood education, Mrs. Cathy is the heart and visionary behind Jackson Heights Christian Academy. As Owner and Director, she brings a deep passion for nurturing young minds and a lifelong commitment to giving children the very best start to life. Her mission is clear: to build strong foundations through quality education, life skills, and a whole lot of love!
She believes that children learn best through play, hands-on discovery, and consistent, fun repetition. Her warm leadership, years of expertise, and dedication to excellence have helped shape our school into a joyful, safe, and enriching space where every child is encouraged to grow, explore, and thrive!

Zuri Richardson
Assistant Director
Miss Zuri brings passion, creativity, and a heart for children to everything she does at JHCA. With nearly two years hands-on experience in early childhood care, she has a natural gift for connecting with children and helping their personalities blossom through playful learning and exploration.
Currently pursuing dual degrees in Early Childhood and Preschool Education at Camden County College- as well as earning certifications through Wiregrass Technical College- Miss Zuri is deeply committed to growing in her field. In 2024, she proudly earned her Child Development Associate (CDA) credential and completed training to serve as a GA Pre-K New Director.
Whether she's leading summer camp fun or supporting day-to-day operations, Miss Zuri brings warm, engaging presence to every room she enters. Her approach blends play-based learning for little ones with hands-on activities for older age groups, making learning feel like an adventure every single day!

Caila Richardson
Administator
With nearly two years of experience in early childhood care and a heart full of passion, Ms. Caila is the friendly face behind the scenes keeping everything running smoothly! As our dedicated administrator- and a proud single mother of three energetic boys under five- she knows firsthand how important it is for families to feel supported, seen and safe.
She is all about creating a warm, welcoming space where children can learn, grow, and shine. She believes in gentle care, strong family connections, and building a community that feels like home.
Her favorite part of the job? Watching little ones hit new milestones and helping parents feel confident every step of the way.
